Every February we honor we honor Col. Ken Wofford, Sr. a former Tuskegee airman and longtime member of AFA's Rawlings Chapter. Educating children & youth was a focus of Col. Wofford. He was a founder of the Red Tail Project.

Hubbard Broadcasting hosted Rawlings Chapter's 2015 Awards Dinner at Town & Country Club in St. Paul, with 145 Air Force family, friends and awardees attending. Colonel Charles DeBellevue was keynote speaker. The theme of his talk was the importance of a "team," working for the team to be successful as a team.
The General EW Rawlings Chapter is a charitable, veterans organization. Funds raised in the Minneapolis/St. Paul community are spent to Educate in science, technology and math. We financially Assist Air Force families, homeless veterans, local aerospace and veterans organizations. We Support United States Air Force programs in high schools and universities. We recognize excellence in our local Air Force and aerospace industry.
